The service that Hydroponic offers to the buyer (hereinafter “User”) under the terms and conditions of this Agreement Terms and Conditions of service https://hyclothing.es and in accordance with the operating rules and regulations published by Hydroponic . The present document supposes the complete agreement between the User and Hydroponic.
This legal notice and information regulates the use of the online store service that the Owner makes available to Internet users.
The services provided by Hydroponic are selling products over the Internet. Hydroponic makes available to the User the free Web service for information and as a virtual showcase for its products. The prices of the products are fixed in each article and are visible before the acquisition of the product from our service.

Hydroponic ships to all countries of the European Union, America, Asia, Africa and Oceania. Shipments will be made through a private company for the Peninsula and the Europe 1 zone. For the rest of the countries the Postal Service will be used.
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands: The delivery time will be 24-72 working hours from the reception of the order.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 5 working days from the reception of the order.
- European Union: The delivery time 24-72 working hours from the reception of the order.
- Rest of the world: The delivery time will be between 7-15 working days.
The delivery times are indicated in Terms and conditions of http: //hyclothing.es.Hydroponic has the obligation to guarantee that the order is delivered within the established days. Errors in delivery and delays due to acts of force majeure are not Hydroponic‘s responsibility. The result of external influences give Hydroponic the right to a delivery delay or to cancel the incomplete parts of the orders. You can pay by credit card, through the secure servers of our La Caixa payment gateway. This payment system is 100% secure, and at no time will Hydroponic know or store the data of your card.
The accepted cards are: Visa and Master Card.
You can only pay with secure credit cards, to avoid possible risks or fraud. Secured cards have some type of security codes associated with them and, when payment is finalized, you will be transferred to your bank’s page, where you must enter these keys.
If you do not have a secure card to make online payments, you simply have to contact your bank and they will provide you with the necessary information and passwords.
- The warranty period covers 2 years and begins the day the customer accepts the product.
- The warranty is not valid against normal wear and tear caused by the daily use of a product.
- It also does not cover the misuse that could have been given to the product.
- In the event that a product is defective or damaged, Hydroponic will repair or provide a replacement product. If Hydroponic is not able to correct the problem or provide a replacement in a reasonable time, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount.
Hydroponic will be responsible for the shipping costs of defective products.
All offers are valid while stocks last. Hydroponic has the right to cancel an order from a customer. In this case, the client will be informed in due time that the product he ordered can not be delivered. The money paid will be returned to you within 15 days after cancellation or may be used for other products, if this is the client’s wish.

The vouchers do not have expiration.
