Read carefully the conditions of purchase, the shipping policy and the protocol to make returns before making a purchase in the online store.

Payment methods

You can pay by credit card, through the secure servers of our La Caixa payment gateway. This payment system is 100% secure, and at no time will Hydroponic know or store the data of your card.

The accepted cards are: Visa and Master Card.

You can only pay with secure credit cards, to avoid possible risks or fraud. Secured cards have some type of security codes associated with them and, when payment is finalized, you will be transferred to your bank’s page, where you must enter these keys.

If you do not have a secure card to make online payments, you simply have to contact your bank and they will provide you with the necessary information and passwords.

You can also pay by Bank Transfer. Once your order is made, you need to pay through your Bank, and then send the bank receipt to info@hyclothing.es, stating your name and the Order Number. All transfer charges must be paid by the final client. Non-compliance of this point will void the order automatically.
