Read carefully the conditions of purchase, the shipping policy and the protocol to make returns before making a purchase in the online store.
Return policy
All items can be exchanged within 14 working days of receipt of the order (according to article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of 19 December.). It will be enough to communicate it by e-mail within the deadline.
Terms and Conditions on returns
The products that are going to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were sent. They must keep the original packaging and labels, etc.
For reasons of hygiene, returns of underwear, socks and swimwear will not be accepted.
All returns will be exchanged for other products or vouchers. In no case will return the amount of the item except for tare or error in the shipment and provided that the requested garment can not be sent.
The vouchers do not have expiration.
The shipping costs in the return will be borne by the customer. In the event that the return is due to an error on our part, or to a manufacturing defect, Hyclothing.es/shop will be responsible for the shipping costs in the return.
How to make a Return
To make a refund, you have to contact our customer service through the email address e-shop@hyclothing.es or phone (+34) 931 277 324 (Monday to Friday from 9 am - 14 pm/ 15 pm - 18 pm).
You must indicate, order number to be able to manage your return.
The cost of the return and the new delivery is 7 euros + VAT.
No refund will be accepted without having previously been accepted by our customer service.
